Shaun is an experienced Property Condition Specialist with a multidisciplinary background in structural inspection, wood-burning system evaluation, and pest management. Certified as a Home Inspector,  WETT (Wood Energy Technology Transfer) Inspector, and licensed structural exterminator, he brings a well-rounded approach to assessing property conditions.

With over 3,000 professional inspections completed and a advanced diploma in Home and Commercial inspections from Carson Dunlop college, Shaun has developed a strong foundation in identifying issues related to building performance, safety compliance, and environmental risks. He is known for thorough, methodical assessments and an informed understanding of how different systems within a property interact while retaining long term property value.
